"missing" .DLL files

Hello, i have had my PC for about a month and a half now, and i never had this problem before, i use Skype a lot to talk to my Gaming Buddys and all of a sudden Skype just wont open at all, for what is seems like, no reason at all. every time i open skype is says

"The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"

and when i click OK this show up in the same fashion as the other message

"The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

I have reinstalled Skype 3 times now and these two messages still pop up when i try to start Skype.
i also have looked up both files in the system files and they both are on my Hardrive so i'm not sure what is going on here.

Try copying the dll files into the skype folder, that usually fixes issues like that for me.

never mind i just reinstalled it for the 4th time, and all a sudden it works..................sooooooo, i guess im just gona put this in the book of "things that make no sense with computers" XD
