Recommendation for my brand new PC Gaming computer

Hello, I purchased the following gaming machine:

UPS EVGA-650W 80 PLUS GOLD
MOTHER ASUS (1151) MAXIMUS VIII
MICRO INTEL (1151) CORE I7 7700
MEMORY CORSAIR DDR4 16GB-3200MH
SSD-RADEON AMD 480GB
GRAPHICS CARD ASUS GTX-1080 STRIX
NZXT-H 440 BLACK ORANGE
COOLER CORSAIR HYDRO H-60

Now a lot of people told me that is better a monitor with displaty port rather than hdmi for this graphic card. It does not work with VGA, it has a DVI entry.

The money is not a problem, which monitor you recommend to play videogames and maximize my rig?

First off, what is the budget for this? Since this is not the 7700K, that cooler should be good. However, what is your budget? Probably any 1440p with G-Sync will do.

I already bought the PC, I need a good not so expensive Monitor that could squeeze the Graphic Card, I want to enjoy the images.

Hi, Read the original Post, "The money is not a problem" I need a list of monitors for this RIG so I can decide later.

Anyhow, A person recommended me the dell s2417dg yny1d I dont know if it is too much or too short.

Well earlier, you said inexpensive..so it conflicts.

Anywho, that would be my recommend. If you don't want 24" you can get the 27" S2716DG which is only $100 more. The only downisde is that it is not IPS, but you can make adjustments so it still looks beautiful. I mean there is a reason why this monitor is truly highly praised.

It looks good. Again, this is your choice. It seems you are able to do the research. If IPS is important, get one with IPS. If not, I strongly suggest the Dell one.
