How to get the 2560x1080 resolution on ultrawide lg monitor

I just purchased a new lg 25 inch ultrawide monitor and it will only allow me to go up to 1920x1080. How do I change into ultrawide resolution? I have windows 10 with a gtx 950.

The monitor only takes hdmi. I bought a DisplayPort to hdmi cord.

You can create custom resolutions in Nvidia Control Panel.
BTW - What's the model name of that monitor?

I can't make my own resolution it says "Disable Dynamic Super Resolution". And that would be the lg-25um58-p
