Download the Windows 10 media creation tool and reinstall Windows 10 from scratch.

That will fix all of your little issues. You do not need to have a back up of the users file since there is no personal data stored there, but it is essential for your system so just restore your entire system with a clean install.

well, the user´s folder has savegames inside and settings of apps and games. I think e mails as well.

You are right, my suggestion was because the OP indicated that he is having issues with his Windows key as well.
