Fullscreen bug on windows 10 while gaming

Hey guys, I'm having a problem here, whenever I launch a game in fullscreen mode my monitor goes black for about a second (seems like it's "rebooting"/changing signal), however when I'm at windowed mode everything works. Applications in fullscreen are okay though.

I've checked the framerate and nothing is wrong (60hz), also the media overlay (when you + or - volume) doesn't show up but it does work.

This issue started today, no updates were installed or anything, could you help me?

If the games start up after the sec then there is probably nothing wrong,monitors take a little while when changing resolutions.

I'm playing at the same res, this issue started like, today.

Tested with the VGA cable and it worked as before, sadly I don't have another hdmi cable to check what's the real problem.
