Asus Monitor Flicker with GTX 970

My monitor has randomly and intermittently been flickering. When I have my dual monitor setup it does not occur. I have tried switching the video cable 3 times. I have tried different video ports. It is occurring on HDMI, DVI, and DP. I ordered a new monitor to see if it is just this monitor.

I wanted to know if there are any suggestions.

I have the June 28th release of the nVidia drivers. I have an i5 2500k which was OC'd to 4.5GHZ but I put back to stock and it did not fix this. I also tried putting the GPU power limit in MSI afterburner to 106% instead of 100 as well as a custom fan speed to no avail.

I use windows 10 pro w/ creators update along with bitdefender and 32 GB of ddr3l kingston memory.

Its not the cables it must be monitor must be not campatablw with the card or driver (i had this issue with AMD and that was the list time i have used amd GPU's) try using other drivers or beta driver
