I'm going to try and explain this in as much detail as possible. I've had this problem for 2 weeks, took it to various repair shops who have no idea what they're doing. Guys, I really, REALLY need your help!

I had an old PC. I upgraded the graphics card in it, and i was getting some stutter and frame drops (the rest of the hardware was very old) so i decided to buy a brand new build (but keep my new graphics card).

I purchased a new case, a GA-B250m-DS3H motherboard, a I5 6500 CPU, a GTX 1050Ti, an Evga 550W psu, hyperx fury 2x4gb ram, and a 60gb SSD. I kept my OLD hard drive which was in my old PC.

I built it all, and at first it was working wonderfully. At this point it was on windows 8.1. After the first hour, I blue screened. The blue screen was KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. I realised my drivers may need updating so I updated all my drivers and that seemed to get rid of the KMODE blue screen. Then more problems occurred.

I couldn't open many programmes, for example Discord, after upgrading my PC will NOT open no matter what I do, i've been through every forum, it just opens, then crashes immediately. Some games won't install, I just get error messages that they failed to install, and if they do, I can't open them anyway.

I decided to clean reinstall windows, and make it windows 10 instead of 8.1. So I booted to a usb, cleaned, formatted and wiped all of my drives, and clean installed windows 10 to my brand new SSD. I then first downloaded discord and it STILL wouldn't open. Tried installing games, wouldn't work. I redownloaded all my drivers and still nothing works, I then get FREQUENT blue screens that read "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and all of these blue screens are down to "ntoskrnl.exe" - I have researched this and honestly tried everything but it just seems like it's not going to work even after a clean reinstall of windows. Now i'm getting these blue screens every couple of hours, also, google chrome CONSTANTLY crashes, i can't even use it properly.

The other thing is, when I install ram, i get 3 beeps and my computer restarts itself, then it boots normally. No matter what RAM i try, i get 3 beeps, and then sometimes, it boots up perfectly with no beeps. I do not suspect the motherboard or slots are faulty, as they are brand new, as is the RAM. Like I said sometimes I don't get the 3 beeps, but I experience it frequently when turning on my pc for the first time of the day.

I've checked all wires, no wires are loose, I've clean reinstalled windows (tried it on my SSD and my HDD), my temperatures are fine, my ram speed and timings are fine, all my drivers are up to date. I am honestly stuck on what to do.

Please bare in mind - i have NONE of these problems in safe mode at all, discord opens and works perfectly, google chrome doesn't crash, i have none of these problems what so ever in safe mode. But when I boot in normal mode, i get all of these issues and the computer is pretty much unusable. That's why I believe i don't have a hardware issue, i've ran memtest which came back clear, i've checked my hard drive with seatools which passed, and everything is brand new. Someone told me they think it might be a corrupt windows installation or corrupt drivers? But i don't know how to fix this or narrow it down! I am begging someone to help me through this as i've had the problem for like 2 weeks now. I've posted the dumps with the IRQL error and the KMODE error due to NTOSKRNL. I wonder if my computer needs rebuilding from scratch, whether by hard drive is corrupt and needs replacing, all my parts are compatible and brand new so I have no idea what is going on.

here are the links to my dump files, there were more before i reinstalled windows however these are the main ones i get :

http://ddr4motherboard.com/beepcodes/GIGABYTE-GA-B250M-DS3H-REV.-1.0 3 beeps = Basic memory 64K address check error

Try running https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool as CPU includes the memory controller and it might explain the beep codes. If you have tried different ram types on motherboard, and it still beeps, its not likely to be the ram.

What do you mean by ANY ram? have you tried other sticks? Tried running free version of memtest86 on the ram? one stick at a time, any errors are too many.

only other things that could corrupt drivers are motherboard itself (which is hard to test) and SSD though if you tried hdd also, thats sort of unlikely.

Do you have latest BIOS?

I mostly offered Intel Test to remove CPU from list, not because I thought it would be cause. There aren't any simple ways to test Motherboard so i try to remove items and narrow it down
