Here is what I came up with...I'm open to criticism and ideas... I just want it to work and be awesome. This is my first build and I'm going with some parts I could find on sale to save some money as I ain't rich. Here it goes :)

*I'M REALLY NOT SURE ABOUT THE MOBO IF IT'LL WORK WITH G-SKILL TRIDENTZ RGB RAM*

I hope it does and if there's a better mobo of ASUS out there cause I heard the ram was best with ASUS for Sync...let me know tho if there's better and cheaper board out there, also if you could tell me how I could save some money here that'd be awesome. Thanks :)

(thought I'd put it here too...cause why not I like it haha)

GPU: Not sure yet I'd put a 1060 to save money but don't know if at that point it's just better to go with a lower build let's say quickly.... Ryzen 1500x, 750w PSU, 16gb 2400Hz DDR4 RAM, Asrock AMD mobo (lots of the new ports or ''future'' some would say) Same case, same Storages,

Cooler: https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA9BN5EG5308&cm_re=scythe_kotetsu-_-9SIA9BN5EG5308-_-Product

OS: Windows 10

There you go, a quick reply would be awesome as the sales are ending in less than 7 hours in some of the items. Thanks a lot guys on helping me decide :p

The 'Gaming" branded variants are simply $75 more wasted...

An Asus Z270A-1 Prime is about $150...everything you need, nothing you don't...

I used a $56 Corsair 600 watt (Cx600) with my 7700K/Z270 and GTX1060Ti, runs flawlessly with 300 watts to spare....

I got 32 GB of Gskill Ripjawz/3200 RAM for $210....if you only want 16 GB, you can probably save another $100 there....

My Corsair 100R case cost $55....another $60 saved..

The link you showed was $440 for a 7700K? let's hope that was some combo deal that includes a B250 board, or....) A 7700K should only be $330 or so at Amazon...

At this rate of cost reductions, you can afford to go w/ a GTX1080 instead....

I think the Canadian dollar is dropping indeed, it isn't what it used to be a few years back. That being said, It is 445$ on amazon and 449.99 on Newegg. Not much a difference. I am wondering if the prime mobo you suggested that I now applied to my build, will be compatible with my G-skill tridentz RGB or should I say, the ram compatible with the motherboard.

At the current exchange rate, one Canadian dollar equals around 77 cents in US dollars. So, going by the exchange rate alone, that $450 7700k would equal around $346 USD, which is close to the $340 price on Newegg's US site. And of course, there may be additional costs of doing business in Canada that may factor into the price.

I'd say even that PSU is overkill. A 7700k shouldn't need much more than 100 watts under load, and a GTX 1060 shouldn't need much more than 120. With all the rest of the components accounted for, the whole system probably wouldn't be drawing much more than around 300 watts from the PSU while gaming. : P Even a high-end GPU like a GTX 1080 would only be drawing an additional 100 watts or so. A 500-600 watt PSU would probably be enough if you're looking to save some money.

Thanks a lot :) Also...would a 1060 in this case be good enough to run all tripple A tittles on high maybe ultra graphics? like Rise of the tomb raider, Ghost recon wildlands...arma 3...squad...GTA V? I want my investment to be worth it if not, I can always save for a 1080 but we're talking a few months here.
