FPS Drops every few seconds on a decent pc

Playing any games, my fps will drop every 2-10 seconds ex from 340-24 back to 340 happens more than often in the middle of fights.

Going to need more specific information. You're saying that you're getting drops of 340fps to 324fps? That's pretty typical... and those frames are much higher than you'll ever need anyway... What game are you playing that this is the framerate you get? What graphics card are you using?

Srry for the late response but I still get the drops and no its not from 340 - 324 its 340fps - 24fps
, so every few seconds my frame drops by 200. and its very frustrating. I have a gtx 960
