The HD 7870 is in fact outdated, you should look for a newer one if you would like a decent gaming system. Also, you should most definitely swap your current specs for newer and better ones. I would recommend the RX460/560 or GTX 1050/1050 Ti if you don't want to spend a lot of money.

It's decent, but skylake motherboards usually support DDR4 and therefore you should go with a motherboard that supports skalyke processors and DDR4 ram and then of course with 8 gigs of DDR4

Pick a motherboard like a MSI H110m Pro vd, it's sufficient and cheap.

go straight for kabylake:

get a Pentium G4560 with a B250 chipset board
8GB DDR4 RAM with at least 2400MHz

most likely this power supply is not compatible with power saving features of newer CPUs, choose a better one

The processor performance of an Athlon 64 x2 4000+ would likely be an issue in many newer games. One of my computers has a similar Athlon 64 processor, and they just don't have the per-core performance to handle most AAA games from the last few years at reasonable frame rates. Even low-end current generation processors offer around 2 to 3 times the performance per core.

It's difficult to say how well AC IV might run. An RX 460 should be plenty capable at handling the game fairly well at 1366x768, but the minimum requirements recommend a quad-core CPU with somewhat higher per-core performance, so the game's performance would definitely be CPU-limited. It might be playable, but I would expect the frame rate to often drop below 30fps. Also, being an older system, if the motherboard only has PCIe 1.1, it might not be compatible with an RX 460.

I agree with the recommendation to upgrade to a new CPU, motherboard and RAM. If you're on a tight budget, I would currently go with a Pentium G4560 system, like helpstar suggested, since it should be nearly as fast as an i3 6100. That will run you around $200 though, in addition to the graphics card.

7870 is identical to R9 270x and R9 370x which came out only 2 years ago. It's a decently powerful card for that system if you only want to play retro games 10 years old or older, but a bit expensive for that as it still sells for ~$100 used. It's actually considerably faster than the same price RX460 but of course the 460 has a warranty as it's new.

The 5870 and 6870 are nearly as fast (would be about the same in that system) but often go for under $35 so would be a smarter buy for that old thing.

I suggest you save up some money for a new system complete with new video card if you want to play any modern games. In the meantime you could certainly play old games for ~$35 while you are waiting. Is that worth it to you?

i have one more PC , HP compaq elite b200 , wich graphics card you suggest ?
that PC has intel i5 2400 3.1Ghz , 4gb ddr3 ram , need just graphic card

Then you do not need a new system to play modern games as that one's fast enough. If that's a SFF system that can take low profile dual-slot cards, the best cards for it are either the MSI 1050ti 4GT LP 4GB or MSI RX460 2GT LP 2GB (which loses the 2nd slotcover). Either should play anything modern at 1366x768 no problems, although you may wish to consider some additional DDR3 RAM for best results.

BTW if your old system's Sapphire 512MB card is a 4870, 5770, 6770 or similar it's already fast enough to play old games at low resolution, as those are half as fast as the mentioned 5870 or 6870.

If you find someone selling/trading in their mb/cpu/ram combo from 3-4 years ago, perhaps....

But otherwise, $300 is what just a decent cpu/mb combo starts at......
