PC to panasonic TV using HDMI

I have tried to connect my Panasonic tcl37c22 (TV) to my PC (Desktop, Windows 10, Nvidia GTX 960) but the TV screen is black. I set the resolution to 1280 x 720 and the refresh rate to 60hz. I tried driver uipdate. I tried another cable, the TV is working fine with the terminal of the cable provider, and the PC is working fine with a hdmi monitor. How can I solved this problem?
