I have a gtx 1070, i5-6600k, currently looking for the best monitor that fits my needs. I play all kinds of games, fps such as csgo, moba like league, rpg like the witcher. I'm looking for a monitor that is 1440p, 144hz and hopefully has g-sync.
I appreciate all suggestions.

If my expectations are too high and the monitor would be out of budget, then I'm looking for suggestions for a 1080p, 144hz monitor.

Out of these two i'd imagine. Go through the reviews and pick you think has the best positive feed back.

Both monitors and other monitors like these do come with 1m displayport cables. If you do decide to buy a longer displayport cable do the research on how to not get a bad cable. 1440p/144Hz is extreme demand on cable quality so anything over 1.8m you'll be pushing your luck as in achievable just not 100% guaranteed without flickering.
