Does the graphics I am experiencing in 1366 resolution with a low gpu can increase if I use high gpu

If you're asking if using a higher end GPU at 1366x768 resolution will allow you to max out the in game details, then yes that is true but please keep in mind that current gen GPU's are more than overkill for 1366x768 gaming. A GTX1060 would be appropriate for 1080p gaming.
