Can't boot after windows update

Hello,
After an windows update, on computer startup after windows logo, the screen goes to sleep.
I can't launch safe mode, or any other recovery option.
The only option I got is command line.
I don't have any external GPU, only Intel's gpu.
When I tried to connect the computer to another screen, or I boot with safe mode I got VIDEO DRIVER INIT FAILURE blue screen.

There is no solution without reinstall win10?

Create a bootable USB stick and use that to repair your PC.
