Blue screen Error

So for a while now my pc is getting all the time a blue screen error and crashes my pc its really annoying the error code is video scheduler internal error this happens when i gaming or browsing the net even when i left the pc idle i've tried to unistall all drivers with the ddu software still nothing my gpu is RX 460 powercolor 2GB no overclock applied to the gpu so is my gpu the fault of the bluescreen ?
