After change bios isn't boot my laptop

Please help me my laptop is working very fine but i Change my bios accidentally secure boot on to off tjen lapto is showing black screen
I think isn't booting
Any help or key combination then please reply

Try resetting your BIOS setting back to default and try booting again. Changing BIOS settings can lead to major issues, so it's always recommended that you back up your machine before you make those changes. A tool like Macrium Reflect or Drive Cloner Rx is best in this case.

Why were you disabling secure boot?
