Should I return this monitor? Asus 279q

I just got this asus 279q today, This is the first time I use IPS monitor.So I have no idea it's normal or not. I would like to ask is this acceptable? Should I exchange this monitor? Thank you very much

The first pic brightness is 50, the second it 30. Contrast is all 50.

It's really hard to tell off pictures, but the right side looks like it has a lot of bleeding. Have you tried setting your blue light features level to 4 as well?
