Nivida gt 420 driver problem

hi i have a nvida gt 420 zotac and hen i want to update to lastet drive dosen't work only 306.23 if i install the lastest driv say memeory unavibile image :

and with driver 306.23 work

i need the new driver beacuse is more optimized for games..

I use windows 10 but also in windows 7 is the same problem
