My New Computer Won't Boot

I recently built my new computer, everything looks like it's working fine, all lights are on, all fans are going, hard drive, cpu, etc. The only thing is that I can't see anything on my monitor, I plug it into the graphics card and it does nothing.. here are the specs...

AB350 Pro4 Motherboard
Geforce GTX 1050 Graphics Card
AMD Ryzen 1700
2 x 8gb Ram (Ballistix)
1TB HDD
