Windows must be installed to partition NTFS

i have a hard drive with ubuntu installed on my computer but an error occurred and now I'm trying to install windows through a USB to my hard drive but it's telling me my hard drive is a partition of a "unrecognized type" Both drives are drive 0 so if i try to clear them I will have to download windows all over again. I could really use help because I just got this pc and now I can't do anything.

Elaborate.. I don't quite understand what the problem is. Here's what I think is happening:

You have a HDD with Linux on it and you are trying to install windows in it through a USB. If I am right let me know. It'll be a somewhat easy fix.
