Windows 10 freezing

I just bought a new pc with a config of:
gigabyte b75m-d3v
1050ti g1 4gb
i5 3470
and 8gb ram
If i install windows 10 its just freeses all the time after a few minutes or i cant even boot before its freezes. What could be the problem ? Its just freezes, no black screens or anything.

Try testing the Ram with the free version of memtest86, any errors are too many, stick would need to be replace. It creates a bootable USB so can run without windows.
