Audio devices aren't recognized by PC

So I just built a PC and installed windows 10 with it. Everything worked fine until I noticed that the audio said "No Speakers or Headphones plugged In" to the bottom right task bar with a Red X on the volume. I fixed that by enabling "Audio" in Onboard Devices in BIOS. The error message is gone and some audio device named "Digital Audio S/PDIF" is connected. When I try plugging in my headphones to the computer(tried front and back panels) the computer doesn't recognize it at all. When I go to manage audio devices it has "Speakers-Not Plugged In" and the Default one S/PDIF I was talking about. I tried using different headphones, tried checking other jacks, I tried installing new drivers and reinstalling drivers that I already had, all the other USB ports work on the PC. Just not the Audio. Anyone know a solution to this or something I can try?
