Desktop PC to Tv connection issue

Hey,

So starting yesterday I am no longer able to get a signal from my Desktop PC to my TV. Before yesterday i had had no issue with this. I have tried connecting to another monitor, and that works fine. I have tried connecting other devices to the tv like a playstation and that worked. I even tried connecting my laptop to the TV and that worked with no issue. I have updated video drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled the video drivers. I've checked the resolutions. It just doesnt seem to want to even identify my TV anymore. So i Am utterly confused as to what is going on.

Turns out it was a faulty HDMI cable

plug it into the tv then restart without unplugging it. see if it'll register the tv during boot
