Microsoft app store opens but apps are not

Bought an asus laptop with dos and loaded windows 10 cracked version. When i opens store and click on an app store closes automatically after few swconds. Same thing is happening with edge.

Try running the Windows Apps Troubleshooter, its in settings/update & security/ troubleshoot menu, scroll down to bottom of the right column
