I have to boot my laptop twice to reach Windows

Hi,

Whenever I boot up my laptop it goes to a black screen forever. I have to hold down the power button for it to shut off, then I turn it on again and it reaches Windows.

This happens every time I shut it down, I turn it on - black screen. Power off, power on again and I reach windows.

It's really bugging me, if I could get some help on how to make it boot as normal all the time, that'd be great cheers

Its likely one of your drivers doesn't like the new power options used by Win 10. Best idea is to check drivers and see if you have latest
