Should I get the Microsoft - Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit DVD?

Hi, this is my first time building a PC, so I would appreciate your advice.

I'm assuming that the DVD and activation code are in the packaging, as in, they both come but for instance, the activation code is a small slip of paper.

Do you think it is a good idea for me to buy the Windows 10 DVD, get a blank USB, download Windows 10 Creators Update 64 bit tool to the USB, plug the USB into the computer, and use the activation code when it asks for it?

yes. it cheaper and also getting the latest iso from the web.
