PC turning itself on right after shutdown

I have had this for like 10 months now, i recently did a clean install of windows and its still happening.

Like 1 or 2 secs after shutdown, my pc SOMETIMES turns it self on again right after, then i just wait and turn it off again. Sometimes it happens 2 or 3 times in a row but thats very rare.

Thats literally it there is nothing more to it as far as i know, anyone got any idea what the problem might be?

Did you alter any of your power settings in the BIOS? It might help to set bios to defaults and see if it still happens. Windows cannot normally restart a PC on its own but odd conflicts with the BIOS can cause PC to restart, I have seen it before.
