So recently I reset my pc, and my sound was not working so I went to device manager and tried upgrading my sound https://gyazo.com/2ef4f62b7db07285f2ff889cc2888235 , but every time I try upgrading the sound it says this https://gyazo.com/e091800219aa28bb6b8a94e71d9a8103 , I tried getting the executive file from realtek but everytime I try installing it from the executive file it says Failed to install and then a error code, https://gyazo.com/d0abd1e664a7fbe5928fbcb5399cc358, everything was working fine before I fully reset my pc, I need help ASAP! Please help!
My motherboard is Gigabyte H67M-D2-B3

Realtek drivers may be corrupted or incompatible for some reason.

What make and model computer?

If the audio drivers are not directly obtainable from Realtek try the computer's manufacturer's website.

Last resort would be a driver download from a third party site. Be very careful as many such sites attempt to trick you into loading something else.

Already tried getting from Gigabyte, I have a H67m d2 b3, also tried from third party websites but the same problem, and got a virus but luckily got rid of it.

The error code 0x00000002 suggest that a file is missing.

Check the Event Viewer logs and look for log entries that may help identify the missing file.

Not sure what else to suggest at this time. Could be that a Windows 10 update (or some other product update) has caused the problem.

Have noted some recent Bluetooth/wireless headphone problems with Windows 10. Pairing but no connection being made: may be more of an audio problem than Bluetooth per se.

Couldnt necessarily find anything, and my headphones arent bluetooth/wireless.

Apologies:

Should have stressed that the "Bluetooth problem" seems to be more on the Window's end of things (Creator's Edition/Update specifically) versus the audio driver side.

Maybe try an older version of the audio drivers - even a Windows 7 version if possible.
