Need help with pc storage

I have 2 hard drives on my computer. Recently I restored computer to factory settings due to a bug on windows but ever since I have done this my 2nd hard drive that had 1 TB has disappeared I need help.

Disappeared from everywhere?

Can you see the drive from Disk Management, the CMD prompt, or Powershell?

Had you assigned the drive its own drive letter. Is the drive shared?

Did you look in the the computer case to verify that the drive is correctly and fully connected (data and power)?

BIOS setting?
