Windows installation won't go past 0% in the second item of the installation

That second item of the installation is always stuck at 0% for a long time until I decide to cancel the installation. What could that be?

It's the second item of the list of four items or so of the first part of the installation, the first one gets to 100%, then, when it comes to the second one it gets stuck at 0%. I don't remember the name of those items.

What kind of installation are you doing? Clean install on new system? Upgrade?
What media are you using to install Windows? Is it Windows 10?

Run the setup again and pay attention to what steps it is doing and which step it hangs on. I think you have not gotten any answers because nobody actually knows what the "second item of the list" is.

Ok, I was able to install Windows 10 today, thx anyways guys.
