I know I'm probably in the minority, but I still don't see this VR thing really taking off. I enjoy driving games once in a while and this tech is very well suited to that but I just can't see myself spending hundreds for a peripheral I would likely only use for a couple of games. I haven't seen that 'killer' game that makes me conclude that I MUST play it in VR and is worth the investment.

As a PC gamer, I can justify paying a few hundred every few years on a GPU because that gives me lots of options for games and entertainment, but this? Not so much.

"I haven't seen that 'killer' game..."
You've never played Robo Recall have you?
Try it, standing with a full play space. Then tell me your opinion. I believe you'll think it's worth MORE than they are charging. I know you've never experienced anything like this because it just didn't exist until recently.

I can't describe it for you, you just have to experience it for yourself.
Also, I just wanted to say I believe the currently value of the oculus is FAR more than they are charging. If anyone has been on the fence then I say do it now you won't regret your new amazing device.

(I only wish I had more time to play it.)
