When I turn on my pc it has the blue windows logo like normal, then it goes to a black screen with the buffering, it doesnt do anything from there, left it overnight and still nothing. Happened after I installed a laptop hard drive to format it. Even after taking it out still nothing.
Got into safe mode and tried resetting, it got to about 30% and then said something went wrong and that nothing was modified, tried using cmd command to fix corrupted files and said it didnt have permission
