Anyone know of a mouse with a 4.5-6inch width?

Preface [strike]Anytime I use my mouse for over an hour I start to get pain in my pinkie finger from dragging it around and keeping it in the air. Since I use my computer just about all day and night, it's become reeeeaaally annoying. [/strike]


I have a budget of around 100$ As of now, the closest I have narrowed it down to is the Mionix Naos 700 http:// and this oversized mouse http:// I was wondering if anyone else has/had this problem, and what their solution to finger fatigue is.

As a last resort, have you tried a trackball? you move your fingers not your arm/hand. as a result your pinky stays firmly planted on the desk. I have been using/gaming with this model exclusively for the last 18 years and have a spare in the closet.

I used to have one a loooong time ago. I was considering it, but eventually decided against it due to the strain it may have on the finger. I could get a trackball that uses my whole hand, but that seems tiring to use all day. Good suggestion though!
