PC crashing or freezing within minutes of startup / no blue screens

My PC either freezes or crashes within 10 mins upon startup.

There's always little to no stress on the system either, no heat / high energy usage, it's even crashed in safe mode and in the bios.

There have also been no blue screens, so I have virtually no idea of what the issue is.

Old pc or newly build?
Have you tried overclocking the pc before?

Have you reset the BIOS?

It's a few years old, I've never overclocked or reset the BIOS.
