Bios screen then black screen

So i upgraded my gpu to gtx 1080
Have 4x4 ram sticks
600w power supply.
When i boot my pc it makes a beep and go to bios. The bios is not responding. After a while it takes me to a windows loading screen ant stuck on loading. And then a black screen and start this loop again.

My keyboard and mouse goes on and off too

The issue is that your old GPU drivers are conflicting with the new GPU and it's drivers. Whenever adding new components to a computer, you need to be checking if there's new drivers, if so, uninstall the old ones before continuing.

If you can't boot into safe mode to uninstall the old drivers, you'll need to do a clean install of the OS. Guide:

Once up and running, you may want to run a backup of your system with a backup tool (i.e. Rollback Rx or Macrium Reflect) in case further issues arise.
