My pc started having issues out of no where
When I start the pc it's boot time is longer than usual
Can't open many applications and games, even simple system applications like on screen keyboard
I get and error "(name).dll is not compatible with Windows or failed to start"
When I started one game it said that my Vram is not enough to run the game even though I have an gtx 1070 and never had an issue
And even my start menu won't open
I'm lost here can you please help me
My device manager says everything is working properly
And I don't want to re-install Windows because I have lots of data I don't wanna lose

update: no sound output even though all drivers are working properly
system diagnoses doesn't show any hardware errors
