Is this the best pre-built PC you can buy currently?

So I saw THIS on Amazon. An RX 580 with a Ryzen 1700. At this time, RX 580 prices are off the roof. They are selling the whole PC for just under 1000$. Sure there is no SSD but this rig is way cheaper than it should be.. What's the catch? Thoughts?

Its a nice price for the parts listed. The catch is the parts not listed. PSU and motherboard could be anything or no name brands.

1. Amazon Prime Day. Prices are different
2. CyberPowerPC. I wouldn't let my worst enemy buy one.

3. No SSD
4. Unknown RAM. Speed/quality makes a difference with Ryzen
5. Unknown PSU. Don't plan on changing anything next year
6. Unknown motherboard
7. The well known CyberPowerPC assembly non-quality
