i5 7500 (1070) vs i7 7700hq (1060)

So I'm planning on buying a new laptop , I'm looking at two laptops :
1) i5 7500 (desktop grade) with a 1070 (clevo barebone p750dm-2) - No G-SYNC

2) i7 7700HQ (mobile) with a 1060 (alienware r3 15 - G-SYNC)

Both are priced the same for me.I wanted atleast 3-4 years of future proofing.I play a lot of games like witcher 3,mass effect 3 and dota 2 and also i am a programmer so i develop games on Unity3D engine.
Which one should i go for, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

keep in mind you cannot future proof with a laptop, the best u can upgrade is ram and a ssd.

and eeven witha desktop that term is debateable

Ok...Thanks for the answer , bdw how much frequency does an i7 7700HQ runs on turbo with 4 cores? It says 3.8ghz but I'm sure a laptop chip is never gonna touch that turbo on all 4 cores , or maybe I'm wrong.
The i5 7500 runs on base 3.4ghz compared to base 2.8ghz of i7 7700HQ , that is 600mhz difference , wouldn't the i5 outperform the i7 ? Is HT on i7 so efficient that it will bridge the 600mhz gap and even beat it?
