TV reads no signal for PC Need Urgent Help.

So I recently broke my monitor and sense I'm a daily gamer for the time being went out and bought a cheap $120 element TV. I used to use a element TV for my PC a while back and it worked fine of course it was a older version though but I think I had the same problem and fixed it some how. Basically I connect everything perfectly and my PC is working fine but I open my tv and it doesn't show any signal nothing just looks/acts like nothings even connected to it. It has no computer settings I'm starting to think its just not compatible but it has HDMI and AVG outputs Ive tried with both AVG and HDMI I Switched Ports to.
My PC Specs:
Processor: intel i5 6500
Mother Board: Asus B1-50 Pro D3
Video Card: Asus Geforce GTX 1060
Monitor: Element 32" Class Led
Luckily I have a warranty and just bought it but to save me the loss of some money and time

You may need to lower your resolution, as I am sure that this TV can only display 720P, not 1080P.
I may be wrong but a quick look at some specs on the TV suggests this.

Nope I just tried it made it 1280 by 720 resolution restarted my computer and tried it on both HDMI and VGA same problem still but now it says please run channel auto scan I already did but it keeps popping up Im not sure if that has anything to do with the PC.
