Monitor Display Flipped

I have tried to control+alt=arrow key short cuts but to no avail.

I have tried this so many times on my ViewSonic VP2030b and it does not work. Nothing works. Can you please help me?

The keyboard shortcuts don't always work, depending on the environment.

Can you right click on the desktop and enter display properties? Should be able to rotate from within there.
