Computer Crashed and Won't Start Windows 10

My computer crashed earlier today while I was playing PUBG. Everything froze, orange, purple, etc colors on screen, and then it restarted. Upon restart, the ASRock screen froze and had white bars all across the screen. Screen goes black and I have to restart to get to the troubleshoot screen. I tried continuing to Windows 10, didn't work. I reset my computer and kept all my files, it seemed to work. I did a virus check with no threats found, and so I just began reinstalling everything. Because obviously some apps need to restart the computer, I did so. And then it happened again, ASRock screen, white bars, back to troubleshoot blue screen.

Try to reinstall your Windows again/

Ive tried resetting twice more and neither worked.
