When my GTX 980M driver finishing installing, I restart my laptop and then it freeze at the bootup screen with white lines.

Solution
OK, sounds like a driver incompatibility issue. Try booting into Safe Mode and either updating or uninstalling the driver.

If you can't boot into Safe Mode, next steps would be to try repairing the MBR, and if that doesn't work, perform a clean install of the OS.

A good habit to do is to run a quick backup before a driver install in case this happens. Makes it easier to back out of especially if you can't boot into Safe Mode. Recommend a snapshot tool like Comodo Time Machine or Rollback Rx.

Do not boot to safe mode as it's not all that safe. Let windows 10 auto install NVidia's driver. Uninstall all NVidia components in the add remove program list except the driver, restart. Post back what happens.
