Trouble with radeon settings.

(RX-480gpu) I was almost done with the settings, I didn't get to finish though because it crashed for some reason. Now one of my monitors won't work. When my compuer comes on, on the monitor it says "input signal out of range change settings to 1600x900-60hz" and I have no clue how to fix it. I've tried booting into safe mode and I can't lower the res without that monitor being plugged in and on. So there is that problem.

So, I cannot get my monitor to work now. I unplugged everything and even removed my gpu then installed it in a different slot turned it on and they both worked. As soon as I opened the radeon software I got a black monitor again. I don't know how to fix this.
