Hello everybody,

Yesterday I was playing a game (Metro 2033) and the game suddenly crashed and there was a loud glitchy noise going through my headphones. I read a Crash Dump Analysis on a program called WhoCrashed and ti said that it had something to do with ntoskrnl.exe and also ntkrnlmp.exe. I tried fixing it but I haven't gotten anywhere so far. I am running the latest version of Windows 10 (version 10.0.15063). Here is the exact message that popped up for each of them:

On Thu 7/13/2017 10:50:14 AM your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\071317-4718-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x16C4C0)
Bugcheck code: 0x1A (0x61941, 0x15B3C78655A, 0xD, 0xFFFFDC8117FCFA80)
Error: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that a severe memory management error occurred.
This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules. This problem might also be caused because of overheating (thermal issue).
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

Thank you, I have already tried to run the sfc /scannow command however it didn't find anything wrong. But I will try to check my HDD for errors, defragmenting it, and reinstall my graphics drivers. And I will report back to you if it finds anything.
