Product key not working?

I recently built my own pc, when i tired to load up windows 10, it said the product key was not working and to try again, i have a portable dvd drive and i boot from that, they're are 4 options to boot from, the hdd , the ssd and 2 copies of the dvd drive, no matter which copy of the dvd drive i boot from it always fails.

DId you recently swap motherboards/processors on a previous OEM 'pre-built'?

Ensure your product key matches whichever install you are attempting, 32 bit vs. 64 bit, Home vs Pro, etc...; it does matter....

It also depends on where you bought your copy of Win10. There are a lot of pirated/used copies of Win10 out there for sale on the likes of Amazon and eBay. The pirates just create new accounts every time they get caught.
