I need fresh start

I just built this pc a few days ago. I had some issues with win10 but it got on the hard drive. I've messed some stuff up and i just want to start all over.

from another pc use an 8g usb stick and use microsoft media creation tool to make a new windows 10 bootable usb iso stick. when done plug it into the new pc and boot from it. clic kon advance mode and wipe the old partion off the hard drive. then let windows install itself on a clean empty drive. before you wipe the drive move any personal files off of it.

win10 had the thing i needed in it... idk why .. yet i do but i found it with in win 10. I tried not to use the word in searches cause my pc box has a reset button. But "reset" was what i used and it deleted/ ran over every thing with just one scan and reinstaled itself. keep reading it coudlnt but that might have been win 8 and 7
