New system Ryzen 5 1600 + GTX 1060 SC black screen

So today i bought new parts for my new PC

AMD Ryzen 5 1600
ASRock AB350 Gaming-ITX/AC/M
G.Skill Trident Z RGB F4-3000C16D-16GTZR
EVGA GTX 1060 6G SC
OCZ MOD xstream-pro 700W
Crucial BX200 240GB SSD

So i installed all parts pressed the power button and no video signal...
VGA fan stutters, i've tried everything came into mind, reinstalling DIMM
reinstalling the VGA but nothing.

Please help out, much appreciated

Strip it down to 1 stick of memory, CPU, CPU cooler, and GPU nothing else connected and see if it'll post. If so add parts back one by one to see if something gives you a problem


Also check mobo manual and make sure the one stick of ram is in the correct slot (some boards only will work in a certain slot)

Is the monitor plugged into the GPU or the motherboard? It must be plugged into the 1060 or it won't work

i only have 1 pci connector since its a m-itx board

I mean from the PSU not the board. Have your tried reseating the CPU?

The fan is stuttering, its like he winding up and dies in 0.5 second and winds up 5 second later and dies while starting up and this keeps repeating, but the gpu core gets temperature.
May the GPU be dead? or might it be something else?

Nope i only have 1 connector cable, i'll try reseating the cpu

Is it normal to not have power if i plugged in my keyboard while the system is on?
