Keep getting BSOD and I have checked every piece of hardware except motherboard and CPU. Please help!!

Motherboard: MSI z270 SLI
Ram: (1x8) corsair vengeance lpx 2400mhz
Gpu: MSI Gaming x 1060 Nvidia
CPU: intel i7 6700
WD 1T hdd
Samsung EVO 850 SDD
Corsair PSU Bronze

Been getting repeated BSOD. Have replaced Ram. Still BSOD's Removed and tried each hard drive separately. Did clean instal twice. Removed Gpu still BSOD's. Had psu tested by Best Buy. Checked out fine. My wallpaper is always the same custom wallpaper after a clean instal and having both hardrives cleared. Will not let me finish instal of drives upon new instal and always BSOD when trying to do a windows update. I'm lost and very frustrated. All under warranty. Should I send motherboard or CPU back? What do I need to do?

What is the BSOD stop code?
ex. Stop Code: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

I get about 8 diff ones. Most deal with kernel. Kmode exceptions, kernel traps, I have pictures of my codes and errors in my mini dump reader but I can't figure out how to post a pic.

Upload the minidump files to a public server such as Google Drive and provide a link to them here so they can be reviewed by others. They'll be located in the C:\Windows\minidump folder.
