What does OC means?

I am checking whole bunch of motherboards only after figuring out that some write OC and some don't...
So I am currently having the adata XPG Z1 DDR4 3200 16GB(8GB*2)GB .will it fit the mother board I am thinking about,the gigabyte GA-AB350-GAMING ?
