Swapping Hard Drive with Windows 10 into New Computer

My current rig is a prebuilt so I'm looking to build a new system.

I will be buying new parts with the exception of my graphics card and hard drive.
Will I be able to carry over Windows 10 into my new pc?

According to the Windows Activation screen, "Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account"

The license you can carry over.
The actual install on that drive, probably not. It may well need a full reinstall with the new parts.
